We often take for granted the simplest things in life, such as getting a haircut. A hair cut can be the difference between feeling confident or not. Nobody wants to go to a job interview with a bad haircut after all! For many, getting a haircut is much more than personal hygiene. In our opinion, a haircut should be a way to relax, and to share ideas and experiences with others. Many of us are rushing all the time. Rushing to work, to home, or to the gym. A trip to the barbershop should be a time to slow down and relax a little before going back to our busy days. That’s why at Kraft Manor Barbershop we have held the years long tradition of shaving the outline and finishing the service with a hot towel.
Still though, we have hardly touched on why there is more to a haircut than personal hygiene. Hair cuts are ways to express ourselves, and can greatly impact the way others’ perceive us. Everyone always remembers the old saying that you can learn a lot about a person by what kind of shoes they wear. Haircuts are much the same in my opinion. You can tell an awful lot based on someone’s haircut. If someone wears a skin fade they are likely in law enforcement, military, or similiar careers. Often times you can spot the businessman sporting a classic taper, with a crisp outline and a nice side part. Many a tradesmen wear a simple short fade with a textured fringe. Some guys are bold and sport a mohawk, or the new mohawk mullets that are pretty common these days. These kinds of haircuts make a statement about your personality. Other guys shave their heads. Let me tell you now: There is no service more relaxing than a head shave!
Whichever style you wear, we would love the opportunity to be your barbershop. Come check us out at kraftmanorbarbershop.com
